Senior Business Analyst X2- Children & Young People’s Services. Job in Bristol, South West UK


Senior Business Analyst X2, ideally with experience of Children and Young Peoples Services transformations programmes is urgently needed to work with a large local government client on a significant change programme. The Senior Business Analyst X2 will be responsible for focusing on Customer Journey Mapping/Customer pathways to design and map the future customer contact and referral pathways to access services and the future customer experience including the initial investigation and analysis to define project objectives, feasibility, scope, options appraisal, project approach, work products/ deliverables, resource estimates, benefits and outline business case - to inform stakeholder decision-making and project planning.

Senior Business Analyst X2- Children Young People's Services.-Essential Skills

+Strong Business Analysis experience with strong experience in mapping and designing customer pathways and supporting business processes from a customer focussed perspective.
+Knowledge of developing and evaluating business change proposals - process, people, organisation and technology - to develop overall future state ('To Be') design blueprints.
+Significant experience of large scale business change projects including process, people or technology change.
+Experience of facilitating stakeholder workshops, cost benefits analysis and developing full business cases.
+Extensive experience in business process analysis and business process re-engineering (Using Lean) to design more customer focused processes.
+Experience of business requirements elicitation, definition and working with service areas to define business requirements to inform IT solutions.
+Experience of developing organisational design proposals, including forecasting staff capacity requirements.
+Change management experience including the management of key stakeholders through significant change.

Senior Business Analyst X2- Children Young People's Services.-Desirable Skills

+Experience of Children and Young People's Services Transformation programmes/projects.
+Experience of using business process mapping, analysis and modelling tools (Igrafx, MS Visio).
+Experience and formal Project Management qualifications, (PRINCE 2/MSP).
+Experience of Enterprise Architecture.
