Senior Business Analyst
International Financial Firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst possessing a background that demonstrates cross-functional project management, and organizational change efforts with deep analytical components. Ideal candidate will have strong financial domain knowledge. Seeking an individual with 4-8 years of project lifecycle experience, with a focus on business analysis, functional specification and implementation with the capital markets domain, with a leading institution. Candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale functional analyses and project management efforts across various business lines and organizational boundaries (Operations, Finance, Compliance and Technology). Candidate may possess an MBA, and either a strong undergraduate technical or business degree. Additional professional certifications like the CFA are also being considered. This individual must have demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting and be keen about providing innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems.
