Senior Business Development Manager recruitment
Our client is a leading financial institution who providing insurance and investment services to clients. They are currently seeking a high calibre candidate to join their growing business as a Senior Manager to manage their Business Development Team.

For this role, you will directly report to the VP, Sales Marketing. You will responsible for formulating and implementing their business development and marketing plan for channel partners and clients of the company, developing business with designated channel partners and prospects referred with a view of achieving the team target assigned.
You will also provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients and assist clients to review retirement portfolio and investment portfolio in the light of updated information.
Requirements
- University graduate in Finance or Marketing or related discipline with current Investment Representative License/or has passed the related examination as approved by SFC from time to time
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
- Good computer skill with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic changing environment and meet the agreed deadline
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
