GSSS is responsible for making this promise a reality through best practice behavioural coaching, needs-analysis training, fostering cross-business referrals and superior analysis
The role:
The Senior Business InsightsAnalyst will lead the Group Sales and Service Insights team which will define, build and maintain sales coaching effectiveness reporting.
Specifically you will:
- Seek out and collate reporting requirements from business stakeholders
- Use critical analysis techniques to ensure business requirements meet quality standards - i.e. requirements are correct, unambiguous, complete, consistent, prioritised, traceable etc.
- Establish relationships with internal customers and serve as a liaison point to ensure that business needs and objectives are clearly understood and documented
- Work with reporting audience to ensure their requirements are understood, prioritised delivered
- Link the business requirements to the project objectives and scope
- Analyse and document business processes, functional requirements, and current state using standard business analysis methods and tools
- Communicate project delivery progress against milestones
- Complete or oversee project deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability
What will help you succeed:
- Proven experience in managing small teams and projects with successful delivery of business outcomes
- Sound technical background and experience in SQL, SAS, Tableau and/or other analytics tools
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of the Retail Bank and its processes
- Excellent relationship management skills especially with senior stakeholders
