Senior Business Partner recruitment
Our client is a rapidly expanding MNC with offices across the globe. This is a compelling opportunity to support a Front Office Operation. Working closely with the senior stakeholders, you will advise and guide the business on the full range of HR issues. Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a front office portfolio will be critical. Solid ability to subtly influence and impact outcomes, highly-developed execution skills and ability to structure solutions that meet business needs via high level planning, prioritising, and effective utilisation of resources will be a prerequisite.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Partnering skills, gained from a Front Office environment, working with senior Traders. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage and build strong internal relationships.
Act as key advisor to management team on all HR related processes and issues
Work closely with HR specialist s to deliver outstanding:-

- Learning, employee development
- Talent and succession planning
- Human Capital Management
- Global Mobility
- Performance Management
This role will require:-
- Strong Business Acumen
- A minimum of 8 years experience within HR
- Strong Business Partner Experience
- Previous experience in a FS Front Office environment
