The Role
We are seeking a full-time, permanent SharePoint and/or Dynamics CRM consultant to join our award winning Business Solutions team. You will play a major part in contributing to every aspect of projects including the design, development, testing and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions.
You will be responsible for developing multiple areas of Microsoft SharePoint and /or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including enterprise search, portals, collaboration, forms and business process automation.
On a day to day basis you will be working as a part of a small yet highly dynamic development team who provide a full project lifecycle experience from briefing and pre-sales stages through to the development, testing and deployment of solutions and applications.

· Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010
· Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011
· SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
· The development and design of custom components (utilising C# architecture)
As a trusted advisor, the role requires involves a high degree of engagement with customers at a consultative level in order to understand their business requirements.
The Candidate
We are seeking a highly organised multi-tasker with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. Working to strict project schedules, it is essential that you possess the ability to manage your own time in order to meet critical mile-stones and deadlines.
You will need to be a strong team-player with great communications skills; you will be in constant contact with clients from a wide range of different industries and establishing and building strong working relationships with everyone you work with.
Ideally, you will possess experience of working for a managed service provider and supporting multiple solutions and systems.
Whilst you will predominantly be working 8 hours per day (with a 1 hour lunch break), Monday to Friday, you may sometimes be required to work on projects outside of core business hours and- on occasions- work extended hours.

Skills Requirements
· Solid and proven consultant experience working with small, midsize and small corporate organisations

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent commercial skills; a solid understanding of technical risk and the ability to take overall technical ownership of a solution.
· High focus on attention to detail with a proven ability to work methodically and precisely
· Ability to react quickly in order to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues
· Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
· Strong business acumen
· Self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT/Software Development (or a closely related discipline)
Relevant Microsoft Certifications relating to technology specialism and expertise are highly desirable.
