SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST recruitment

The position job responsibilities include:

* Analyze and Design of application configuration impacts and updates

* Coordinate estimated level of effort, business requirements, and functional specifications for minor enhancements

* Manage and formalize application design and testing deliverables

* Ensure timely turnaround and sign-off for required application deliverables, including estimated level of effort, business requirements, functional specifications, and testing efforts

* Coordinate data correction activities between the AMS (Application Managed Service) provider and the Business

* Participate in planning and scheduling activities for application fixes / updates

* Support global coordination of release management planning and scheduling activities

* Manage the governance of the system development cycle ensuring entry and exit criteria are met and agreed to

* Manage User Acceptance Testing activities partnering with the AMS provider and Business owners

* Participate in Help Desk Support escalations for trouble shoot resolve related activities
* Determine ticket severity as necessary with the AMS provider

* Serve as coordination point for the AMS provider working with ticket initiators and 3rd party administrators

* Participate in projects, working tasks as assigned

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong systems business analyst expertise with a minimum 5 years of experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development and implementation of business applications

5 or more years of application implementation experience working with global HR/Payroll applications, including PeopleSoft version 9.0 (HCM and/or EPM), Huntington Time Systems, Cognos, and Global Data Warehouse

* Experience working in a Helpdesk environment managing project support tickets using Salesforce.com

* Strong analytical and coordination skills

* Assist in fulfilling SOX and other regulatory compliance policies

* Experience working with offshore vendors across multiple phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC) in a production support environment

* Knowledge of system and technology alternatives

* Experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies, including Workday, Salesforce.com, PeopleFluent, Cornerstone, and Huntington Time Systems

* Strong communication skills, written and oral, expert use of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Project

* Relationship management skills
