Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Candidate Relationship Specialist to work for a leading organisation in a specialist niche market. Based on the outskirts of Bedford on an easily accessible business park.
This client is a specialist in there field working for a company who are a leader in their niche field. Working as part of a team the ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers undergoing screening including background checks being completed quickly and accurately. The role will also involve managing the team on a day to day basis , completing all training, allocating workloads, staff mentoring and ensuring the office is ran day to day smoothly.
For this role the ideal candidate will be have experience in customer service, have excellent attention to detail, proven office administration experience, dealing with incoming queries quickly, effectively and have the ability to analyse and interpret data. Proven experience team leading and managing staff is required.
Based on a Business Park on the outskirts of Bedford, hours of work 8.30 - 5.30, good benefits package, parking on site.
