Senior Cash Management Sales Manager

The Senior Cash Management Sales Manager role is based within Transactional Banking.

The role of the Senior Cash Management Sales Manager is to be responsible for growing the bank's income from Payments and Cash Management services and to be recognised as the Cash Management leading expert.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for identifying prospective new customers, making contact, establishing relationships and ultimately winning business from our competitors
· Responsible for being first point of contact for identifying and winning incremental business from existing customers
· Providing a range of Global solutions including overseas accounts and associated Electronic Banking Products
· Develop the profile of Payments and Cash Management in the local community

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

· Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Relevant UK EU cash management knowledge including Liquidity Products
· Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Corporate Banking, Sales
· Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Domestic and International Banking
· Role relevant qualifications, i.e.ACT cert ICM
· Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Corporate Cash Management Sales
· Past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. Regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services
· Experience of working towards sales targets and willingness to be assessed against sales achievements
· Availability to undertake the travel required for this role, i.e. Maybe required to travel to meet clients nationally and occasionally internationally
· Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Global Banking and Clearing Services Knowledge is desirable but not essential
· A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
· A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
