Senior Change Analyst – AML Change Programme recruitment

Excellent contract opportunity has arisen within this Global Bank, for a Senior Change Analyst to join the AML Change Programme. 3-Month Initial Contract.

Role Purpose

Role will require leading planning, design and implementation activities for specific tranches of delivery, being the main project contact for specific Division and support the implementation of changes identified.

To deal proactively with the management of programme risks, by identifying, assessing and establishing mitigating actions. Create and manage project plan to meet deliverables identified during the analysis phase.

To generate, manage and prioritise large amounts of information to meet expectations of the programme using a variety of tools, techniques, and methodologies. To devise, research, assess, forecast and interpret complex sets of data from a range of business areas and make recommendations based on robust analysis.

Experience Required

• Significant experience in project planning and delivery

• Previous experience in a Change Analyst role essential

• High levels of stakeholder management experience – particularly around managing conflicting expectations to a resolution

• Anti Money Laundering knowledge and understanding

• Experience dealing with large amounts of data and varied projects.

• Strong understanding of project documentation.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business.

• Travel may be required in the role
