Senior Change Analyst (Miidle/Back office)
Our client, a large global investment bank, is looking to fill a regional change analyst role. The candidate will be working with middle and back office teams to coordinate, manage change projects / programs and liasing closely with the respective technology teams to implement those changes. You will also be reporting the progress of the projects to the respective business managers , ensuring proper progress and assisting in the UAT processes prior to systems implementations.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of experience from investment banking operation (middle / back office)
- Have prior change management roles previously and has participated in various projects involving rolling out changes and liasing with technology team
- Appreciation of project management practices and project life cycles
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, Currencies or Commodities trade flow.
- Technically strong with strong VBA skills.
- Good experience in gathering business requirements
- Working experience in multi cultural environment
- Good track record of project delivery
