A Global Software Vendor based in the City is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will undertake a key role in implementing and supporting the company’s suite of solutions for banking and capital markets companies both on the phone and via email.

The role entails working directly with Account Managers and Sales, Client Services and Product Development teams to assess client’s business needs and ensure that a quality service is delivered to them within budget. The candidate will be assigned to a sales incentive plan and as such has account or territory responsibility for a sales quota, specific opportunity closing, lead nurturing and/or goals.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience of Inside Sales processes within a large organisation, and may have responsibility for mentoring more junior members of the team, as well as customer service and marketing responsibilities.  They must have previously been target focussed and will need to be able to think strategically to identify products and/or services that can benefit customer’s needs for this permanent role.
