Senior Change Manager recruitment
This high profile reform program focuses on Dodd-Frank, plus European Markets Infrastructure Regulation and MIFID 2. The nature of these reforms requires a Change Manager from an Investment Banking background, ideally with knowledge of over the counter derivatives (OTC) and Clearing via Central Clearing Counterparties (CCP's).

You will deliver end-to-end transformational change in line with the wider Program. A key element of your role will be engaging with stakeholders and legal entities to prepare for major international regulatory reform activities. Your collaboration with business and technology will roll out target business operating model and ensure sustainable solutions are embedded.
Your previous Change Management experience should come from financial markets and ideally include experience in clearing, collateral and margining activities. Your knowledge of project and software development lifecycles will be called upon to deliver end-to-end change management deliverables and coordinate the LD and support.
