Senior Change Manager recruitment
Harvey Nash is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Change Manager to join a revolutionary, independent, award winning financial services company in Edinburgh. We are looking for exceptional candidate that think outside the box and want to work in a fast paced and forward thinking environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior candidate to get involved in all projects across the whole of the business. You will liaise with internal stakeholders across all levels, provide SME advice, manage relationships with external vendors as well as being in charge of pushing through large regulatory and technical projects.
Skills Required…
- Proven change management experience
- Experience using Agile methodology would be advantageous
- Track record of delivery through a full project lifecycle to time and budget
- Previous experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of Financial Services technology
- Experience of product launches
- Regulatory product knowledge
- Understanding of mutual funds, OEICS, Unit Trusts, RDR etc
