SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER recruitment
For 2012, the Company will have a extensive Change portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Change, the Senior Change Manager will principally be responsible for managing the delivery aspects of the portfolio. Responsibilities will also include scoping, managing, and delivering of a variety of programmes and projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assisting in coordinating the scheduling and delivery of the portfolio.
- Supporting the Head of Change in resourcing the portfolio.
- Working with project sponsors, business leads and other stakeholders to develop and maintain quality project documents.
- Applying appropriate formal project management standards to planning, progress tracking, risks and issues, and resource management.
- Effectively managing project teams to ensure tasks completed within agreed timescales.
- Proactively liaise to resolve or re-plan where issues arise for any tasks.
- Preparing various project reports to Steering Committees and other stakeholders, including Senior Management and Executive as required.
- Preparing, managing and monitoring the delivery against plan and budget to ensure progressive development and success of the project / programme.
- Identifying and managing dependencies with other projects and business priorities.
- Closing down projects in an orderly manner by providing early life support to business teams, creating transition plan and managing the handover from project to 'business as usual‘.
- To maintain effective relationships across the business and engage actively with key project stakeholders.

Core Requirements:
- Change Management.
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Broad knowledge of Investment Management operations would be beneficial.
- A track record in successful delivery of large scale change projects/programmes is essential.Experience of managing delivery of investment product launches.
- Knowledge of operational processes e.g. trading, valuations, accounting would be useful.
