A leading insurer are recruiting for a Senior Claims Executive to handle large, complex personal injury claims within their team in Warwickshire.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling the largest personal injury claims within the department; dealing with cases with reserves of £500,000 and above. You will use your technical knowledge to handle these complex claims and use your findings to help develop and structure both best practice and the overall claims strategy for the office. As a Senior Claims Executive, you will coach more junior members of the team in order to increase the quality of work within the team.

The Benefits
Basic salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 plus excellent company benefits and scope for internal progression.
The Person
For your application to be considered, you will have a strong technical background in handling personal injury/liability claims. You will have a forward thinking nature and be able to identify ways to overcome barriers in order to settle claims. An insurance qualification would be advantageous.
