Senior Client Administrator recruitment
ASA's client are one of the leading banks in the world.
They are currently seeking a Senior Client Administrator, to join the team responsible for the administration of a variety of pension, retirement and deferred compensation plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigation and response to client queries
- Efficient management of all tasks required to meet the client deliverables
- Maintaining client details on core systems
- Liaising with other teams as required to ensure the efficient and coordinated delivery of services
- Preparation/co-ordination of client reporting
- Adherence to key checklists / team procedures to ensure compliance with ISO requirements
- Ensuring settlement on all trades
- Monitoring of funds being received upon settlement
- Checking of ledgers for all settled trades
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous Financial Services experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong ability to respond / investigate participant queries
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ideally studying towards a professional qualification
