JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- The incumbent will be responsible to assist the business line department in providing account management to the existing and potential clients
- Managing and providing high quality service to existing clients
- Focus on Group Life Medical business development through working with distribution channel
- Achieve sales target as assigned
- Provide input for formulating sales marketing strategies and responsible for the subsequent implementation
- Achieving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clients
- Leading various projects as assigned by Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm or insurance company(ies)
- Holder of FLMI or CFP preferred or passed in IIQE Paper I, III IV
- Knowledge of General Insurance is a definite asset
- Mature and be a self-starter
- Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
