In this telephony role you will be expected to provide the very highest standards of client service. We are looking for multiple candidates with banking and customer service experience who genuinely enjoy helping others. You are given time to take real ownership of each enquiry and you’ll have the chance to make the most of your skills. Also, with further training you’ll make the most of your future too.
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience of working within the banking sector desirable but not essential
- An all-round knowledge of banking product set is an advantage
- Keyboard skills and all-round knowledge of Windows applications
- Minimum of 5 GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) including English Maths?
