Senior Client Services Manager recruitment

In this role, you will be a point of contact for a number of departments within the company. These will include sales, marketing and product development.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure Third Party Administrators are performing to the upmost standards
-Ensure the Client Services Centre is providing the high-quality service to the client base
-Be responsible for marketing and promotional activity e.g. product launches and ongoing discussions of products with clients
-Provide management information to senior managers within the business
-Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes
-Monitor and report on business risks and internal controls
-Set a business continuity arrangement in place to uphold business as usual through any system faults that may occur

Requirements

-Previous experience within a similar role
-Significant operations experience
-Previous experience of working within an asset manager
-Must have an understanding of the trade lifecycle and knowledge of the investment industry and investment processes
