My client is a well established banking organisation that is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Director to join their existing team in Birmingham.
Your role as a Senior Commercial Director will be to manage and develop a team of Business Banking Relationships Managers, Deputy Area Directors and Support staff. You will have a total FTE of up to 45. Your role will be to deliver bespoke strategic objectives to remain and grow customer portfolio. This should be achieved by a strong ability to provide direction in assessing and capturing customer needs and opportunities effectively within the existing, new and prospective customer base and ensuring the proposed solutions meet their specific needs.

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Director from a Corporate or Commercial banking background.
