Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, Corporate Banking
Our client is a major financial services group, who are now looking for a Senior Manager within their Strategy team.
The group works across all the business units within corporate banking and provides strategic advice on the shaping and development of the unit. The types of project they work on are the development of the strategic plan; new business propositions; investment appraisal; potential corporate development work; competitor and market benchmarking; providing strategic support to key stakeholder managers.
The Senior Manager level is suitable for a candidate up to the Engagement Manager / Case team leader level from a tier one strategy consulting firm, or a strategy manager from another bank with financial services experience. Its quite a senior role and probably suitable for people with between 7- 10 years experience. The successful candidate will have lots of interaction with the business and senior management and so you neeed to have great communication skills.
