Senior Commodity Analyst

The successful applicant will have the ability to efficiently and accurately analyse the fundamental drivers and investment characteristics of a wide range of commodities and present them verbally and in written form succinctly and with confidence. Precious metals will be a key focus of attention, but the ability to analyze other commodities, and potentially other asset classes, would be useful.

As part of a small, highly motivated team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for research and the personal flexibility to work on a range of projects including: detailed white papers and research notes on a wide range of relevant commodity-related subjects, data analysis and chart-building support for on-going projects, maintaining and building client and media relationships, helping with client and sales requests. The successful candidate will be flexible, a team player and be willing to roll up his or her sleeves to provide support to other members of the research team and support firm-wide initiatives and projects. The successful applicant must be a highly-motivated self-starter with strong writing, presentation and analytical skills
