Senior Commodity Sales to Financial Institutions
Our clients, a leading investment bank in London are expanding their commodity sales team. They are seeking someone who has direct experience in sales to financial institutions covering commodity products. They are seeking an experienced salesperson to manage their liability hedging services to a range of institutional clients.
Responsibilities for the Senior Commodity Sales role:
- Managing a sales portfolio offering commodity liability hedging services to a broad ranging client base
- Manage a team of salespeople covering all commodity derivatives
- Build a book of clients using existing accounts within the bank and developing new relationships
- Offering hedging solutions to a range of banks and other institutional entities through Europe and Asia
- Provide support to business development teams and other sales and trading teams
Skills / Attributes required for the Senior Commodity Sales role:
- Vice President – Director level
- Minimum 5 years of commodity sales experience
- Experience selling commodity products to institutional and banking clients
- Managerial experience as the role will be to manage an existing team.
- Be willing to be based in London
