Role
Reporting to the Regional Compensation Benefit Director by providing analytical and consultative services in designing, delivering and administering compensation strategy and programs in the dedicated region assigned, evaluate existing programs and policies to determine effectiveness and recommend changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation and administration of all regional and corporate compensation programs
- Evaluate and analyse salary data, assist in conducting job evaluations and determining pay grades and salary recommendations
- Participate in market competitive analysis of current compensation programs.
- Assist in the coordination of the management job evaluation process, ensuring completion of job descriptions, market analysis and internal equity analysis.
- Administers the annual merit increase and bonus processes for all colleagues in the defined region of responsibility
- Support the review of existing and construction of new company policies relative to salary administration, bonus eligibility, salary increases, and leave of absences for all colleagues.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with 5 -7 years of compensation experience with increasing responsibility in multinational organizations, incentive and equity compensation. Strong knowledge of human resource and accounting laws that impact compensation practices in APAC is a must as is strong working knowledge of compensation and benefit practices of South Asian countries, proven analytical abilities and problem solving skills with limited information and excellent oral and written communication skills.
