Senior Complaints Manager

One of South Wales leading providers of software and business process outsourcing to financial services, insurance and brokers clients is on the search for a Senior Complaints Manager with First Mortgage Experience.

This position is a senior role providing a salary of 45K+

As a Senior Complaints Manager you will be required to effectively manage the Complaints team to deliver a cost effective operation, that provides an excellent service to all internal and external customers in line with legal/statutory requirements.

All applications will be required to monitor management information ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Complaints team and achievement against team plans and goals.

Further to this, as a Senior Complaints Manager you will be required to develop a high performance culture that focuses on delivering desired outcomes where the customer and client requirements are appropriately balanced. A key priority is to increase productivity by introducing new processes that have a positive effect on capacity levels.

Essential accountabilities include having a minimum of three years Operational Management experience in a Financial Services organisation, coupled with a minimum of three years Complaint Management. Further to this all applications must have 1st Mortgage Experience and knowledge of handling B2B ‘client’ relationships.

Core Competencies include strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly and innovatively whilst supporting a team, meanwhile being capable to operate in a demanding environment and prioritise effectively in order to meet and exceed client expectations.

CIMAP qualification desirable.
