Senior Compliance Manager recruitment
Other responsibilities include:-
- Providing review and approval of new products, as well as provide ongoing review of existing products to take into account any regulatory changes
- Review and approval of client facing materials including tailored investment proposal (TIPs), client events and other tailored individual clients presentations
- Provide advisory support to the investments product sponsors on applicable regulatory guidelines in Asia, cross-border rules of engagement in the offer of these products or services in Asia ex Japan
- Work with regulatory compliance team on any regulator-related queries, including implementation of new regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
- Good degree from a recognized university with background in Banking, Finance or Accountancy. A CFA is an added advantage
- Preferably 8-10 years' experience in a Product Compliance Officer's role. Other roles such as audit, control, surveillance may also be considered if candidate has the requisite product knowledge
- Technical knowledge in structured products and capital markets is essential
- Good understanding of applicable Asia Pacific regulations
- Possess analytical mind with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
