The role requires a strong legal background to give you the skillset to read, analyse and make the correct business interpretation on the tidal wave of new regulatory guidelines and directives that are emerging from multiple regulators. Hot current topics include areas such as CASS, SYSC and outsourcing but your remit will be wide and likely to be fast developing. You'll need to demonstrate exceptional project management skills and be comfortable with a matrix organisation that will require positive collaboration with a great many senior stakeholders across the business.
