Senior Conduct Risk Reporting Manager
The Conduct Risk Reporting Manager (Team Lead) role is based within the UK Business Performance Team (RBWM).
The role of the Conduct Risk Reporting Manager (Team Lead) is to lead a team of 5 colleagues to drive and deliver the UK RBWM Bank's strategic KPIs, metrics and business as usual reporting processes ensuring they are implemented in line with FSA guidance on Conduct Risk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure agreed metrics are produced to facilitate robust insight, recommendation and action to demonstrate the UK Banks adherence to conduct risk
- Work with various senior stakeholders to ensure all conduct risks are identified, rectified and appropriate action taken to mitigate further risks through the UK Bank
