Senior Consultant – Payments recruitment
Summary
Cognizant Business Consulting Banking and Financial Services is building its UK practice and is seeking talented Senior Consultants to work as part of a dynamic and challenging team. Specific focus will be on managing 'leading edge' Wholesale Payments projects, engaging and working proactively with key clients within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of the Consulting Practice within the Wholesale Payments space, you will align yourself with the business and the technical teams to define requirements, write specifications, develop test scenarios and test cases for testing in the above areas.
In addition, you will assist in developing the Consulting Practice through building collaterals and other artefacts to support practice growth.
- Working as part of the project team, you will interact with the business to understand and create business requirements and functional specifications.
- Creating test strategy, test data scenarios and test cases for client engagements
- Assist in developing knowledge collaterals for the Consulting practice.
- Assist the practice in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Engagement and management of stakeholder expectations
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience working within Wholesale Payments
- Experience writing Business Requirements Documentation
- Extensive business interaction experience including preparation of business and functional specifications.
- Experience working with Technology and a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge of Retail Banking Payments including:
- Core banking platform implementation
- Retail Wholesale Payments
- Corporate and Consumer Cards Issuing and Management
- Merchant Acquisition
