Senior Consultant – Talent Management and Assessment, Hong Kong recruitment
Reporting to the overall HR Business Leader, your role will involve facilitating executive assessments and coaching for high potentials and senior leaders within client companies in Hong Kong. The role will entail designing and conducting assessment centres, evaluating designing and facilitating succession planning leadership development programmes as well as OD / Change management projects.
The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, OD or HR and have a strong track record working within the executive assessment, coaching and leadership arena, in Asia. You should have practical experience of competency and succession design, leadership development, OD and change management. Very importantly you must have the gravitas and credibility to work with very senior executives within large MNCs. Above all you must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop business and manage relationships. Fluency in English is essential with Mandarin and Cantonese highly preferable.
