Job Summary:
Our client is a leading firm with global capability in strategic consulting, design and delivery. They are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious person to work as Senior Consultant on low carbon generation projects. Working with the Climate Change team, the Senior Consultant will provide support, both technical and commercial, in the area of climate change with a specific focus on renewable and low carbon energy generation and implementation. Current projects include carbon, large food manufacturers, retailers, the public sector and industrial companies.
Key Skills :
Applicants are required to have relevant experience within a commercial or consulting environment. Knowledge of climate change and energy issues facing clients across a range of sectors is required.
It is expected that you will be able to contribute skills and experience in a number of areas, in particular:
- Low Carbon Generation Projects
- Feasibility studies and business case development
- Strategic renewable energy assessments for large organisations
- Tendering support and evaluation of technologies/supplier proposals
- Commissioning, testing and due diligence
