Working within a small Agile team you will be liaising with Front Office users in New York and London working with cutting edge technologies, using multithreading, algorithms and data structures on a daily basis, solving low latency problems and working within a true Agile environment.

The Java developer will be responsible for:
Designing and architecting the whole high-frequency trading platform.
Developing low latency trading algorithms
Tuning the application and environment for high performance.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Degree qualified from a Top Tier University with strong mathematical ability
Excellent Core Java skills ideally working within an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or innovative technology firm building multithreaded applications.
Passionate about working with new technologies
Knowledge of Comodities, C++, KDB/q, ION/FIX Connectivity is desirable but not essential.
