SENIOR CORPORATE CREDIT ANALYST
His/her primary duties and responsibilities will include the following activities:
- undertaking risk assessment analysis of lending proposals, from the straightforward to the very complex;
- Analysing financial information, such as statements, management accounts and cash flow statements; industrial and micro environmental information and tendency.
- Assigning credit rating and credit line;
- Enacting proper terms and conditions of loan and advances.
- Preparing credit appraisal reports and making recommendations on credit proposals in accordance with the branch and local legal regulations
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have
- a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or banking;
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience preferably risk analysis and management areas, or corporate finance and sydication loan management.
- Solid knowledge of credit assessment for corporate customers with industrial background, familiar with trade finance, private houseloan is an advantage;
- Familiar with regulations of Bank of Italy and the Centrale Riski;
- Thorough understanding of legal and accounting principles and disciplines; Accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) or Risk analyzing qualification( e.g.CFA, FRM) or relative qualification is a strong plus ;
- Familiar with techniques of quantitative analysis based on credit rating and credit line;
- Be independent and detail-oriented,with good analytical,interpersonal,communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
