Role
This newly created role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a motivated and driven senior account management professional. Reporting to the State Corporate Dealing Manager, the primary focus of this role is customer retention, monitoring market information, develop and grow our client base and provide coaching and mentorship to the dealing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, motivation and training to Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealers and Junior Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealer
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the foreign exchange market to provide relevant market information to clients and team members
- Establish, secure, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage a core client base and request referrals and appointments with new business opportunities
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and be able to demonstrate strong experience in working as a senior member of a business to business sales team. Good understanding of the sales cycle is a must as is having at least 5 years key account management experience with some exposure to selling financial market products. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to C-level decision makers.
