Senior Cost Analytics Manager, VP Level
We are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join a global team and be responsible for supporting and managing overall cost activities across the group. You will be proactive in driving forward cost reduction and cost transparency initiatives; business case creation and review, and working closely with the regional cost teams to ensure strong cost governance and applying global best practice.
You will have exceptional drive and commitment with strong operational process improvement background with a track record of success with the ability to work and thrive in a fast changing, results driven environment.
- Chair monthly regional cost management meetings focused on understanding challenging the overall cost base, understanding cost changes, and tracking key savings initiatives.
- Ensuring strong cost control reporting governance is in place for both business as usual and investment spend.
- Track areas of specific cost focus (consultancy other key cost type tracking; sustainable saves), including regular reforecasting and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop, review challenge Business cases, including subsequent tracking of costs and benefits.
- Support Group reporting requirements, covering organic growth and key Global initiatives
- Support Global Branch Network Development Plan changes associated cost tracking in relation to medium / long term strategic plans with other Global Businesses.
- Process review improvement across Finance teams, including rolling out Global best practice.
Candidate must be Qualified and ideally will have extensive data manipulation experience working in a cost/MI role.
