Description
Attorney will be responsible for representing our transition management business, as well as negotiating custody, trust, investment management and services agreements. Experience with fiduciary issues and ERISA is important. A knowledge of the Investment Adviser Act of 1940 is preferred. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to deliver a timely work product. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem solving skills, an ability to listen and communicate effectively, and demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and high work standards.
Qualifications
4-10 years of legal experience after graduating from law school. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well with various internal and external constituencies. Ideal candidates will have significant experience conducting white collar investigations as a prosecutor, or as a member of a top tier law firm or financial institution.
