Senior Credit sales
( Real Money focus – Pension funds / asset managers / insurance companies ).
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience trading corporate bonds / illiquid / distressed / structured credit products.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with REAL MONEY ( pension funds / asset managers / insurance companies ) accounts based in Germany
- Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
- Improve levels of business passing through desk, improving profitability
- Focus on institutional accounts in GERMANY
- Advise clients and provide them with trade ideas
- Provide training to junior sales people and manage / build up the Germany desk
Skills and attributes required:
- MINIMUM 5 years industry experience
- Preferably some managerial experience, or experience being the most senior person on a sales desk
- Ability to work under pressure and within an international environment
- Proven track record of impressive revenues generated from sales of corporate bonds / illiquid / distressed / structured credit products
