Senior Customer Service Officer recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To participate in the hotline to take calls from a range of customers including the handling of enquiries or complaints through multiple channels such as letter, telephone and email.

Handle different types of Policy Alterations and Policy Servicing on different types of products, such as rider addition, lapse, surrender and reinstatement.

Collect feedback reflect customer needs and expectations and to participate in projects when necessary.

You will need to develop and maintain an accurate filing system for the division.

REQUIREMENTS:

It will be preferred that you are a University graduate with at least 3 years of Life Insurance experience. Including knowledge of various types of Policy alterations, Fund transactions and Investment products.

You will also be expected to be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work unsupervised.

You must have a good command of both spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an added bonus.

You can also be considered at an Officer level if you have less experience.
