Senior Data Analyst – Finance Transformation Project recruitment
Due to expansion of the finance transformation function, this role is created to establish an inventory of all financial/management reports and MI that are currently being produced and used across the bank. This require an in-depth analysis of where the data comes from for these reports and how it is used.
Job Description
- Analyse and document all data elements used to product the financial and management reports
- To identify and document all the data sources and the associated processes required to support the current Reports
- Create a finance logical data model
- Establishment of a common set of data standards and principles to govern finance data infrastructure
- Provides clear identification of criticality of data elements, quality assurance measures and metrices for usability and acceptance
- Data quality assurance
Job Requirements
- Analytical and conversant with data modelling and data governance, data analysis/management
- Ability to reconstruct a unique set of core data attributes, dimensions and hierarchies as part of the development of a strategic logical data model and architecture for finance
- Must have done data profiling, analysis and UAT and BAU management
- Good knowledge of MS Visio and Project
- Core Financial and Management reporting knowledge
