My client is searching for a Senior Developer / Technical Lead to join their OTC Derivatives Confirmations Settlements team. The Senior Developer / Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a near shore JAVA development team, whilst remaining hands on in the development of the new Confirmations and Settlements processing platform.
The Senior Developer / Technical Lead is required to develop a number of JAVA based applications and services to support the back office processing of OTC Derivatives. The team currently comprises of 15 JAVA developers, the majority of which are near shore with a handful based in the Hong Kong office. The team follow an agile approach to development, specifically focussing on the Scrum methodology. The Senior JAVA Developer / Technical Lead is expected to have experience of this approach to development and must drive the technical delivery in accordance with this methodology.
Technically, applicants are expected to have strong core JAVA experience, with excellent knowledge of the Spring framework, Hibernate and ideally Oracle.
