Senior Director Business Development Job in Atlanta, Georgia US
Responsible for leading business team in Sales process to achieve growth targets. Facilitate solution development for Medicare Risk Adjustment solution and works closely with related solutions of Quality and Care Coordination for integrated sales client delivery of solutions. Will be accountable to achieve revenue targets related to solution through supporting sales and interfacing with existing clients on service expansion opportunities.
- Demonstrates expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies.
- Leads the development of new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements .
- Identifies and solves problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
- Develops plans that impact the long-term success of the business.
- Influences senior management decisions that impact business direction
- Has segment-wide and/or enterprise-wide impact.
- Directs cross-functional and/or industry-wide teams.
- Ability to work remotely from supervisor and team with little direction
- Regular travel
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years, experience within healthcare industry and knowledge of managed care plans
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid risk adjustment strongly preferred
- Prior experience with HEDIS/STARs a plus
- Experience with developing retrospective and prospective services strongly preferred
- Experience with Sales, account management, product development preferred
- Ability to work well in a matrix environment with cross functional collaboration required
- Strong communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership required
- Experience creating service offerings and bringing them to market
