Senior Director, Leadership & Management Development recruitment
As the custodian of the organisation's leadership development philosophy and development experiences, and as the head of the centre of excellence, you will primarily define and execute a leadership and management development strategy to deliver an integrated people development proposition. This requires partnership and collaboration with various internal business and geographic teams to ensure a holistic and aligned approach. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and have direct line management responsibility for a team of specialists.
You will develop and execute an integrated leadership development strategy to meet the needs of the firm and ensure a pipeline of leaders with the skills and readiness to meet business growth is available. Contribute to the development of a differentiated talent strategy that is inclusive and takes into the complexity of functions, geographies and future capabilities to provide a holistic, organisation-wide experience. Design of new development experiences is completed within the overall centre of excellence risk framework and compliant with agreed policies in partnership with other process and governance functions.
Ensure that capability and capacity to execute the firm's development solutions is certified to the required level of competence within the organisation's delivery standards framework. Ensure content and channels of leadership experiences are designed and delivered within the organisation's learning and technology policy. Ensure the budget for design and execution is utilized efficiently and transparently.
End-to-end governance of all Leadership and Management Development solutions and experiences to ensure that they are relevant and fit for purpose and reviewed on a regular and timely basis. Manage, motivate and inspire a high-performing team of specialists to consult, design and deliver world-class leadership development programs, using best-practice people management.
Applicants should have a Masters degree coupled with a minimum of 15 years of experience and 5 years managing teams in a complex commercial environment. Organisation development / behaviour background and experience in creating integrated strategies for culture change and capacity building. Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organisation working with people of varying backgrounds and seniority levels. An International mindset coupled with the ability to develop inclusive strategies for developed and emerging markets, preferable within the Asia region. A strong people leader to act as a global functional ambassador. Ability to influence without authority will be critical.
