Job Mission:

The Senior Director, Affiliate Partnerships will be accountable for the EMEA portfolio of travel retail affiliate partnerships. At the core of the role is driving profitability by managing the ‘account management related PL’ (existing business) for the EMEA region. This individual will be managing a team of 12-15 Account Managers, all of whom will be targeted on growing revenues year on year.

Key Responsibilities:

This individual will be required to focus the team on achieving excellence in all aspects of account management to ensure the team profitably retains and grows all existing accounts. They will do this by increasing the value through optimising the partnership by up selling technical and product solutions, improving contract efficiency, launching new markets, through site optimization and analytics, call centre operations and other growth initiatives.

To achieve this the Snr Director, Affiliate Partnerships will need to recruit and retain the best talent in the industry, design the optimal organizational structure, match the right resources to our key partnerships, and run the organisation using highly targeted metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience of B2B organizations driven by account management sales management processes
• Proven track record in driving new initiatives
• Experience in driving execution
• Proven track record in sales leadership roles
• Must have worked in International roles eg. Europe, EMEA, Global
• Experience in ecommerce is desirable
