VP Senior Analyst – Principal Investments – Commodity Finance recruitment
The Investment Analyst will work with the PM to evaluate, negotiate structure and close deals.
Candidates must have extensive experience within Natural Resources, Metals and Mining / Commodity focused companies / industry.
Ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and come from a similar hedge fund or special situation lending group at a Private Debt / Mezzanine Firm or Sr Associates 1st Year VPs Banker with high degree of valuation / modeling experience from one of a Natural Resource or Metals Mining Industry groups, Mining Specialist, the Commodities Finance and Commodities Securitzation Groups.
Candidates must be familiar with both the US and Canadian Markets and industry regulations of both markets. Example NI 43-101
Strong Education profile preferred. MBA welcome, but no more than 3 years post MBA
Must have the ability to work in the US immediately.
