Looking for a Senior Sales Marketing Director for our Upscale Independent Living Assisted Living community in Southfield, MI
As Sr. Sales Marketing Director you will maintain /or improve the occupancy level of the community in accordance with the marketing business plans of the community to include completing sales calls closing sales. Develop maintain relationships with generates leads through residents, family professional referral sources. Plans, coordinates implements monthly prospect /or referral source activities events. Partners with Regional Sales management to develop execute marketing plans achieve community occupancy goals. Supervises the activities of the Marketing Coordinator Sales Counselors to achive the desired results of the community marketing business plans. Provides coaching, training assistance for sales marketing activity in the community.
