Senior Director – Operations Change – Singapore recruitment
Our client is a global investment bank and they are currently looking for a senior Director to join Operations and be responsible for a large proportion of a global programme to deliver a front to back office solution across the businesses.
You should be a progressive and ambitious individual who is looking for a role that will open the door to a Managing Director role within the foreseeable future - this role certainly offers that opportunity.
In terms of background it is expected that you have recently worked for a top tier, large scale, and complex global investment bank. You should have a background that includes large scale change, transformation and operational team ownership within your career. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Investment Banking as an industry, including recent and relevant industry initiatives. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the front to back office trade lifecycle across more than one asset class or product group. Furthermore, you will have an understanding of what operational line management and processing teams do on a day to day basis. Finally, you will have experience of working on strategic initiatives and the ability to articulate future strategy to all levels of stakeholder and then to make that strategic vision a reality.
You will be an experienced influencer, with credibility and gravitas. An excellent communicator and a demonstratable experience of influencing, governance, solutioning and implementation across a wide variety of functio9nal and business silos.
