Senior Director - Ad Sales Operations and Planning

Description Responsible for leading and overseeing the planning and operation functions for DIRECTV's national, digital and addressable advertising sales. Will manage a team of over 10 and optimize workflow processes, maximize the effectiveness of sales and traffic systems, design and implement business solutions for Addressable Advertising and Digital platforms and conduct sales and pricing analytics with inventory management. Specific duties include: Overseeing daily advertising sales operations across multiple business functions including pricing, planning, inventory management, analytics, systems and operations. Assisting with launches of Addressable and Digital advertising platforms. Collaborating with internal partners such as IT, Engineering and Marketing and managing relationships, including supervising product development and implementation, with sales and traffic system vendors. Identifying potential enhancements in business management processes that will streamline workflow and maximize revenues. Overseeing inventory management across 100+ networks. Leading and developing a team of over 10 and managing operational budgets and expenses.
