Senior Disaster Recovery Manager
InterQuest Financial Markets are currently looking for a Senior Disaster Recovery Manager for a financial client based outside the city. The client is looking for this candidate to manage the DR plan for a large server farm, and someone who can put in place cover if the whole datacentre was to fall.
Senior Disaster Manager Role:
+ You will be part of a team that ensures that the technology has the ability to maintain critical services in the event of a major incident.
+ You will be working on a project to establish a testable data centre DR plan.
+ As the Senior Disaster Recovery Manager you will design and implement control processes.
+ You will monitor the continuity plans and the DR testing.
+ Your primary responsibility will be providing BAU DR status information; BAU DR activities; BAU DR practices to support DR principles.
Senior Disaster Recovery Experience:
+ This is a senior level role so looking for someone who has fulfilled this position before.
+ Financial experience.
+ Disaster recovery experience (business continuity).
+ Experience of working with data centres.
+ Technical and IT experience.
