SENIOR ESTIMATORS 
My Client is a dynamic multidisciplinary Design Build main contractor operating in the high rise residential, luxury hotel and commercial markets. They pride themselves on can do attitude which is largely achieved through use of direct labour together with extensive in-house manufacturing capacity.
The projects in question vary in value between £5m and £150m and would usually comprise contiguous or secant piled basements, multi storey RC frame construction with a variety of cladding façade finishes. Internally the projects are fitted out to high specification using, natural stone, hardwoods and stainless steel products, with a complex services package completing the fit out.
The Role:
You will be in a team of seven, reporting to the Estimating Director. Key responsibilities include taking off quantities using computerised Causeway estimating software; preparing, analysing and pricing trade packages; liaising with designers, planners, etc. and attending meetings.
Requirements:
The right candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy estimating department for a UK/Ireland main contractor. Hands-on measuring and pricing capability for all trades is an essential requirement for this position, as is the ability to attend meetings and represent the company in a professional manner.
